            Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 2 Season 2 is Extended

                        Epic Games announced with a blog post that they are delaying the new season. This was expected by the players since Chapter 2 Season 1 was also extended by the developers. This time we can blame the current situation of the market on the Coronavirus pandemic. However, this also means a missed opportunity for the future of the game. When we are taking a look at the current situation of Fortnite we can see that the game lost its glorious days. Of course, there are more Battle Royale games in the market right now. However, Epic Games is known for its ingenuity in its development.

                        Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 was supposed to end on April 30th. However, according to a recent blog, Epic Games is delaying the game until June 4. Also, they have stated that they are planning to release on this day, this means that this date is also subject to change. Truth be told Fortnite is struggling under a lot of weight with the recent Battle Royale titles, Fortnite’s player base became smaller. Thus this led developers to include bots in the games. This was an unexpected move for a game with millions of players. Fortnite’s future is not looking good at the moment.
